Site set-up, HSE induction, access scaffolding and material staging completed within the first week.

Removal of failed layers, mechanical preparation and substrate repair to the specified profile.

System applied in controlled sections with daily QA sign-off and thickness verification.

Testing

Flood and adhesion testing witnessed by the consultant prior to protection layers.
