Our team surveyed the existing build-up, recorded the failure points and agreed a phased programme with the consultant so the industrial asset stayed fully operational throughout the works.

Mobilisation
Site set-up, HSE induction, access scaffolding and material staging completed within the first week.
Preparation

System applied in controlled sections with daily QA sign-off and thickness verification.
Testing
Flood and adhesion testing witnessed by the consultant prior to protection layers.
Handover
As-built drawings, warranty documentation and a maintenance schedule issued to the client.
