We operate four technical divisions — waterproofing, coatings and resin flooring, structural repair, and planned maintenance — supported by an in-house diagnostics team that surveys every project before a price is issued.
Our clients are developers, facility managers, consultants and government authorities who need a contractor that can defend its methodology in a technical meeting and document every stage of delivery.
We hold ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 certification, Dubai Municipality applicator approval and manufacturer-certified applicator status with the system suppliers we install.

Our story
From four applicators to four divisions
Construct & Coat started in 2012 with a single crew re-roofing villas across Dubai. The work was straightforward, but the pattern we kept seeing was not: most leaks we were called to had already been repaired once or twice.
That observation shaped the company. We invested in diagnostic equipment before we invested in a second crew, and built a business around identifying causes rather than covering symptoms.
Today we deliver full-envelope packages on towers, logistics hubs, resorts and infrastructure — but the first step on every job is still the same survey.

Our work involves confined spaces, working at height, hot works and hazardous materials — often in occupied buildings. Every operative holds current third-party certification for the tasks assigned to them, and every site runs to an approved method statement and risk assessment.

Fourteen years of measured growth
Founded in Al Quoz
Started as a four-person waterproofing crew servicing villa roofs across Dubai.
First tower contract
Awarded a full podium and basement waterproofing package on a 32-storey residential tower.
Coatings division
Launched the industrial resin flooring and protective coating division.
ISO certification
Achieved ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 certification across all operations.
Structural repair unit
