Most contractors treat waterproofing and coatings as a commodity. We treat them as engineering. That means our people get real technical training, manufacturer certification and exposure to complex remedial work you will not see elsewhere.
Applicators are trained on membranes, epoxy systems and structural repair, then given a clear route forward — applicators move to supervisors, supervisors to project engineers. Progression is based on competence on site, not time served.
Teams stay small so decisions are quick and engineers work alongside the crew. Anyone can stop work on safety grounds with no questions asked and no penalty — a principle we hold to on every project we deliver.
