Our team surveyed the existing build-up, recorded the failure points and agreed a phased programme with the consultant so the hospitality asset stayed fully operational throughout the works.

Mobilisation

Preparation
Removal of failed layers, mechanical preparation and substrate repair to the specified profile.

System applied in controlled sections with daily QA sign-off and thickness verification.
Testing
Flood and adhesion testing witnessed by the consultant prior to protection layers.
Handover
As-built drawings, warranty documentation and a maintenance schedule issued to the client.
